I relate my experience with Laura Eisenberg and her staff of support attorneys and legal assistants: Experience, which in a word, is consistently excellent.
Communication both written and verbal is prompt, uncluttered, well informed and reasonable.
Fees have been fair in my view; not cheap and I feel, well founded. Guidance was insightful and not always in line with my plan for moving forward but that guidance of hers ended up being invaluable.
I recommend (have referred) Laura and her team without reservation.

If you wish that your bleed dry of every dollar you have then hire this firm. The Oakland County Bar social group has many names that I choose not to use about such firms that are uneducated (they get excited that they went to Wayne State... serious is supposed to impress anyone?), that files more motions on average than any other case by a 3 X factor because they will win you a 300 dollar argument and charge you 6 times this? If you wish resolution at the best net cash option then do not choose a "law firm" that strings you along. Before you hire this firm go into the hallways of the court and ask 5 lawyers. Trust me it's the best research you.

Keri Middleditch truly understands legal counsel. She artfully balances between expert legal support/action and counseling her clients. I can attest personally to her ability to skillfully navigate contentious battles between ex-spouses, especially in cases involving children. In an environment where the guidelines are so vast and undefined, Keri will take a stand for justice and do everything in her power to navigate the best outcome. I've unfortunately had to visit Friend of the Court quite a few times with her, and I've walked out smiling and grateful each and every time. I highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Keri Middleditch and her practice. She will do all that she can to protect your family when representing you. Mrs. Middleditch genuinely cares about the well-being of the children and families she is representing. She is an excellent attorney, both in the courtroom and office. Very professional, timely and organized. We are forever grateful for all she has done for our family.

Laura represented my niece as a court appointed GAL. As an unbiased party she refused to answer phone calls or call back any family member aunts, grandparents and mother alike. Over the phone (one of the rare occasions she actually called back) told me she felt my niece was being coached by her father. Later a child abuse case against my entire family was launched (because my niece was being coached) it was later dropped, but we lost all contact with my niece with no court date or sentence. We provided her with pictures and text evidence of guns and drugs the father was posting on social media. Again, this person is supposed to look out for the best interest of the child. The father is currently incarcerated and the incompetent step mother has custody (court pending) this women is absolutely worthless and talks a big game, but looks out for her own best interest. Multiple resources state she is the absolute worst to get a hold of. I would not recommend this person to my worst enemy. Awful!

We had a very similar experiences with Laura Eisenberg as the other one star review. She was appointed by a judge to be a GAL and did absolutely nothing to help the children. The only thing that she did was take upwards of 5 thousand dollars and waist about 7 months of our life. In the end she refused to render any conclusion which only hurt the kids. Complete waist of time and money.

Keri Middleditch is an exceptional Family law attorney. She has represented me for several years in a high conflict divorce. First and foremost, she is compassionate. She truly cares about my children’s well-being and doing what is in their best interests while at the same time accommodating my needs. She always thinks two steps ahead and is pretty savvy about predicting the outcome. Her representation has always been with the utmost professionalism. She is always well prepared and her motions are always well thought through and well written. She is meticulous in her preparation. In court appearances she is always assertive and articulate. She is a litigator through and through.
I wholeheartedly recommend Keri to anyone who needs assistance with family law.

I would never use this law firm again. The day of my case, they schedule another case - my case was called 3 times and I waited for over 3 hours for Middleditch to complete her case - she spent 15 minutes with me - charged me over 4 hours for the time she spent on the other case (which was over 3 hours along with the half hour for mine). Stated the money down was a deposit and all money not used was to be returned only to bump up all hours on the time spent to send me a $14.00 check as a slap in the face. I had to constantly correct the errors done on the part of her staff on my Motion and then was charged over and over again for their errors.. When I came in to sign the Motion on my lunch hour - they charged me 45 minutes and called it a meeting. Then to make sure the hours added it, a line item on my bill stated for Miscellaneous for 3 hours.

Laura and her team did a very good job during a trying time in my life. The process of divorce is less than perfect. However, I found Laura to be a very intelligent and savvy attorney. More importantly, she took the time to discuss personal and family issues which were critical for me in managing all aspects of my divorce.. I seriously doubt most attorneys would bother to take that time to display the compassion and understanding needed to counsel clients effectively during such a highly contested divorce.
