DON'T HIRE THESE LAWYERS!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! This firm is a joke, they don't even have on site staff. They are extremely unprepared and mediocre at making your case for you and will not prepare you on what to say to the judge cause they themselves don't know what to say. I was a first time offender, and I received the worst possible outcome because of their incompetent "representation." These lawyers claim to have all these connections at local courts and ended up not being able to swing anything at all. They are also very ineffective communicating with their clients. If you do decide to hire these lawyers, do not let Eric anywhere near the court room to speak for you. He lacks the necessary charisma and wit to be an effective lawyer. Maybe he should go back to being a cop or stick to being a paralegal. If you want lawyers that actually care about you or know what they're doing, don't hire these guys! UPDATE: after this post, Eric called to threaten to have the judge to throw me in jail. It was the first time l've heard him communicate effectively. This guy is a clown.

I want to give a big thank you to Matt and Eric. Getting an OWI was the worst night of my life. I had no idea what the next steps were or who / where to turn for help. I called Matt and Eric's office and couldn't be more grateful that I did. When initially speaking to them, they could tell I was nervous. They did a great job at keeping me calm and explaining everything. Throughout the entire process they were always available to answer any questions and help me stay calm and collected. They were even able to get me a lesser charge with lower fines / impact on my life and future. I hired him for 1500 and he did his job , he was there when I need him . He was very professional and flexible. Eric is a pretty amazing lawyer if the case is worth his time .

He has stayed in contact with me the whole way,100% will talk to you whenever and wherever he is regardless. I can't not say enough. You will not be disappointed! Paid 4 grand to him six months ago for a case thats "pending results" still to this time no case and he hasnt called me back in the past two weeks to get my retainer fee back.... he has done nothing for me and if i still have no case at this point id like my money back. Thanks.

These guys only care about your money not about get the best result for the client. Go somewhere else and leave these two to dry.

I hired him to get a restraining order for my ex boyfriend. He charged me 1500 dollar. And he was so bad that he couldn't even get the restraining order approval from Judge. I was the one who always had to call more than once to get update. Never hire him. You might as well throw the money to garbage.

I hired Eric and Matt to handle my drunk driving. They kept me out of jail Both are great attornies. They are helping me get my lisense back. You got charges call Eric or Matt.

Eric was wonderful. I wish I would have called him sooner. He was honest, so nice, and really knew what to do. I highly recommend Eric, and I will definitely call him if needed in the future.

I hired Eric when I was being charged for an OWI which was my second in 8 years. He got it dropped to an OWVI for me with no jail time. Eric always responds to calls and text when I had concerns and questions. He also gave good advice on what I should do even before my hearing.
