Laura helped me through a very difficult divorce situation. I was completely taken by surprise when my spouse filed divorce papers, and was worried about the children, the house, child support, etc. A friend recommended Laura because she had really helped her with her divorce. Laura answered all of my questions, and worked to put a great strategy in place so that I can get through this and move ahead. Laura genuinely cares about my situation and is definitely tough enough to fight to protect my interests. I highly recommend her.

Laura Eisenberg was 100% on my side during my divorce and actually got it pushed through ahead of schedule because of her good relationship with the Oakland County judge! She got me everything I wanted and also worked out the custody, child support and the property settlement that I wanted. She genuinely cared about my well being during the case and worked very hard for me, even though her rates were much more reasonable than some other lawyers I had talked to in the area. Going through a divorce isn't easy, but Laura made it as tolerable as possible. Her staff is great, too. There was ALWAYS somebody knowledgeable in the office to answer my questions whenever I called - and I never get put into voicemail, like I had with other lawyers. I have actually sent 2 friends to Laura for their divorces, and they are very pleased, too. I highly recommend her for any divorce or family law matter.

Laura has been supporting me in my custody case since the beginning of the year. To date, I have kept the parenting time with my kids that I sought, and have been able to protect them from potentially damaging scenarios that my ex wanted to put the kids in (temporary moves, odd schedules, taking them out of pre-school). At times it does take a while to get a response from Laura, but I always find that she has been doing work in the background and has been a great advocate for me. When there is reason to talk she responds and always with good information. I would recommend her to anyone going through a custody case.

Laura has walked me through the maze of this legal system educating me so that I understand the divorce process. She has fought for me an every issue that I have had concerns with and given me excellent advice when I needed it. I am very satisfied with the direction and results.

Without a doubt, one of the most professional people i have ever dealt with. Laura is an over-communicator with a comple skill set. She was able to manage my expectations while helping me to feel confident in the decisions we were making. The results were great and the client-lawyer realtionship was exceptional. I was also very impressed with the relationships that Laura had not only with opposing counsel but with everyone involoved in the case. She was able to get aggressive at the most appropriate times but also clearly understood when it wasn't necessary.
