While, I was never the most compliant client. Patrick was always professional, realistic on his advice and strategy and always gave you a level of re-assurance. He made time and gave me his personal cell phone number despite his schedule and honestly got me a result that has me believe, there truly was someone looking out for me. Both counties were far from where Mr. Barrone practiced, however he was still able to get my Bay County case completely dismissed. Yes, you heard that right and get me a non-moving violation for my Tuscola county case instead of OWI.

Faced with a multiple count complaint, I was looking at a possible 20+ year sentence. That, plus my poor health, just about guaranteed I might never see the light of day again. My husband and I own a bar, and your liquor license is a key factor. Patrick handled every aspect in helping us keep our license plus to keeping me out of jail. I was facing a lot of jail time for my 3rd offense drunk driving. So Anyone knows that being short staffed in business is a jail sentence in it’s self. Jail wasn’t an option for me. Patrick Barone, was hired by me to represent my son that was wrapped up in a sexual assault case while at the age of 16. He came highly recommended by my corporate attorney at the time. Mr. Barone was referred to me by a well respected attorney in Northern Michigan . My small business was dependent on a dismissal of a DUI and 2 felony charges of resisting arrest . There was much more to the case and Patrick was very patient with my wife and I explaining it to him . He sent the judge a letter that had all my background information and he helped me find the best words for when I talked to the Judge at sentencing. Instead of possibly years in jail, I ended up with probation. I'd like to add that Patrick and his firm are very fair with their pricing methods. Often attorneys work on an hourly basis, but Patrick works on a flat rate, which means you don't have to ask yourself if it is "worth the money" to ask for more information or talk to him since it's all part of his upfront pricing. Patrick is a very responsive and attentive attorney who was always willing to answer any questions I had for him, which was very comforting while I was in a very stressful situation. Patrick has many years of experience in the legal system, which allows him to navigate the legal system and defend his clients with a level of expertise that few other attorneys could replicate. The past year has been by far the most stressful year for me and my family but having Patrick and his team on my side gave me the confidence and faith that I needed to make it to where I am today.
