As an attorney who has litigated against, Ryan, I am in a special position to describe him as a top-flight antitrust and class-action lawyer. He is detailed and aggressive while always remaining professional and reasonable. In a world of sometimes-difficult attorneys, it has been my pleasure getting to know and getting to work with Ryan.

As an owner of growing technology company Ryan has been a vital part of our success. Ryan provides excellent advice with our legal questions and concerns. He has successfully helped up resolve disputes with vendors and customers. Mr. Plecha shows great attention to detail in his contracts and documents. I have worked with Ryan since he graduated law school. During that time I have used him for contracts, wills, a divorce, a pre-nupual, and a contract dispute with a party in a foreign country. He is a consummate perfectionist which is what I would recommend in a lawyer. He gives me all side of the argument and is great at war gaming the opposition with second and third order effects of any action we make. While this does take more time because he does the research and then determines multiple courses of action it makes the total time spent by the client less and the results concrete with sound explanations. Another characteristic that makes him a great lawyer is being able to tell the client when your being emotional and unrealistic which is common for clients. There has been more than one occasion when Ryan would lay out my options and explain why logically his answer was right, where my more emotion response would not bear fruit since being morally right is not the same as winning with the law. Last Ryan is professional, he always acts with discretion and professionalism which has made it easy for me to recommend him to friends and family without reservation. I know he is a lawyer and costs good money, but I have never felt anything he did was not worth the money I paid him, he is fair and does not pad the bill.
