This company is the worst. I had a garnishment with credit acceptance, filed bankruptcy, and now I’m having a hard time reaching someone regarding my case. My attorney / myself left several messages and no one responds. I even contact them via email and still no response. They are unprofessional & need to be shut down.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone by phone. I've called their numbers, tried all sorts of prompts to reach a human being, left multiple voicemails. I've emailed them, I've used their contact form online, no response for several months. I am paying a court ordered settlement, and they've got my amount much higher than my court paperwork in the system and there is no way to reach them about it. They make it intentionally difficult to reach them in order to try and get you to trip up and not make your payments on time (I had to have a lawyer reach them in order to even get my file number in order to register for my first payment 3 days before it was due because NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK OR RESPONDS TO EMAILS OR WEB INQUIRIES).
If you have to do business with them, beware. Keep your receipts, set a reminder for your payments, pay them a bit early, and always check to make sure your balance is correct. They're predatory and are not here to help you make good on your settlement, but make it as difficult as possible for you to comply in hopes you'll default.
