Completely unprofessional. Do NOT use them.
We are a small business responding to a wage garnishment for one of our employees. We have incurred payroll costs to process the garnishment exhausting their initial payment. When we asked them to work with us on processing fees they hung up on us.

Nobody ever answers the phone. How are we suppose to resolve an issue if nobody even haves the decency to call back. Company should be out of business. Very very very poor service.

Your automated system doesn't work. Pretty basic issue for a lawyer that collects debts. Punch in all your info and it sends you back to main menu, stupid. I'd be fairly embarrassed as a lawyer when I had to go in front of a judge for a case and the person had tried calling 500 times to pay but can't get anyone on the phone and your system doesn't work.
