Don't trust their "agreements" they tell you that if you voluntary do a wage assignment for a certain amount, that they won't garnish you for 25%. That's a lie. They are taking 25% of my pay AFTER IT'S ALREADY TAXED. I literally barely have enough money to pay my bills. Might I add, this is something that was over 10 years ago and they have done nothing to the other person on the original debt. So now I'm forced to try and survive off of a fraction of the money I work 40 hours a week for. I have four kids.

former employee of over 16 years and my personal cellular phone number is being given to Detters to call with complaints. I have repeatedly called and left messages. Asking why my information is being given out if they have a complaint, none of which have been responded to. If rubber Olcese calls you and tells you to call me, I assure you I don’t work for them and have not since 2008.

These mfs still harassing me even after i have a payment plan with them. They keep sending me court letters. Eff u.

I think they intentionally don't a.swrr the phone to keep people from paying. I had to call multiple times and never got a hold of anyone. I had to leave multiple messages. The only time I can get a hold of somebody is through customer service, and they don't do anything other than reroute you back to the Creditor to leave a message. I ended up telling customer service if they wanted their money they're going to have to route me to someone who will answer the phone. When I finally got to somebody and was able to make a settlement arrangement I was informed they accept ONE form of payment, check, not even a debit card, just check.

They sent a summons to the wrong address and now want to garnish me? I didn’t even get a chance to speak my PEACE ! I am considering ALL my legal rights on this! It is unethical.

Such a poorly run law office if it even is one . They harass you when you can not pay your debt but when you try they will not answer or return calls . I’d give negative star review if I could . The bar association needs to look into these jokes of “attorneys”

They are bullies. They use scare tactics. My debt was settled years ago, but it was bought??? And now I'm being harassed to pay it. They had me served court papers. I'm a senior citizen and alone. This debt was previously settled, but they're now using threats of court to scare this elderly woman

Buy up your debt and immediately come for a judgement. Don't mess around respond and ask for payment arrangement in writing. Stick to them and pay it down or they will not stop.
