Should be even less dirty and crooked maybe Michigan attorney general should look into them sent paperwork to me in the mail it was filled and signed back in August it’s now November we are healthcare workers and lost a car during Covid because we were on reduced hours car company didn’t care and would not help us and these crooked lawyers took the case and never received any paperwork from them and garnished my wages and now want to take my income tax return but they lied and said that I have not paid anything now because of them I lost my other car and had to move in with parents places like this should be investigated and closed and there so called attorneys license revoked paid for the settlement and they are screwing me over garnished my check for a month and a half after the settlement was done and refused to give me my money back they illegally took they said they never received it but my employer provided me with the cashed checks that they said they didn’t receive extremely shady they should be investigated and closed down

Very unprofessional debt paid 3 weeks ago still haven’t sent release order out to stop payment.

They do not answer calls and do not call your back like the messages say they will How do you expect people to pay debts off you’re not complying with your own messages of calling back within 24 hours

ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL. I was a victim of identity theft. Had a card open and maxed at $3500 and closed at Best Buy WHILE EMPLOYED THERE. Went through a case with a different agency over it. Closed it with them giving me back $376, a small portion of the interest they felt I should have back after being informed the claim of identity theft was sound. Four years later you all take $1,200 from me and my wife with no reasoning. Jordan was an absolute proper example of how someone in her specific job SHOULD NOT interact with a customer. On top of the fact that no one else nor a manager was present? Hope you all rest easy knowing you’re stealing from a perfectly honest hardworking and based on integrity newly married couple trying to make a life for themselves. Evil work is present in this company and my only hope is that those responsible are held accountable. I have no pity on any of you.

Wouldn't call back after trying to reach them 10+ times. No place to talk to real person. Their automated service just hangs up on me. Horrible law office.

Horrible. All the other reviews that are low are true. Very poor communication and attempting to garnish from false information. The office staff is also extremely unprofessional and outright rude.

Professional site. User friendly

No one wants to deal with debt collectors. But, Andrea is kind, helpful and professional.
