I would have set up a payment plan but they never called only got a garnishment of wages. Watch out they will bleed you dry and not even say a word. Bat business and a bad lawyer

Crooks they keep trying to collect from me something that is not my bill/debt... Talking to lawyer now to sue them and report them to BBB...

Called several times with no answer. No communication.

I few years ago I had an account go to collections with this company due to financial hardship. By the time they contacted us we were in a better place to start making payments. We could only afford $30 dollars a month but they refused to accept anything less than $50. So my husband worked a couple extra hours every week to cover the difference. Then money got a little tighter. I called and asked for a lower payment and explained why and they refused for 4 months. So we couldn’t afford it and quit making payments. For two years they tried to take our taxes and wages through garnishment. And failed. Finally we decided to let them have this garnishment to settle the account because they were not willing to compromise and let us make payments of $75 dollars a month to stop the garnishment. On February 4th they sent a letter offering a 50% settlement that arrived on the 13th of February. Since we were gone until the 14th we called the morning of the 15th. They told us we had to pay out of pocket for the settlement or they would take the full amount from the garnishment that is already on hold because of legal action. For two years we tried to settle this account for 450 dollars and they would not even consider a settlement or take it to their client when we got our federal taxes back. We made the payment while talking to someone who said they would send the 0 balance letter in a week or two and also said they would send the garnishment release to the state on our taxes but wouldn’t give a time frame so who knows if we will see our Michigan tax return. This company is unprofessional and violates many collections laws because they are attorneys and know most of the people being collected on can’t afford to sue them or fight them. We even got them to trip over their own words and admit they violated the collections laws. We forwarded that to the attorney generals office for MI. Avoid this company in anyway possible or they will cheat you and lie to you and bully you.

This is a collection agency. They are as nice as a collection agency can be.
