Shakespeare had the right idea.

They're terrible. I settled my debt, but they never reported it as paid in full. They'll never return your calls either. Also a tip, if you apply for a hardship, don't give them real information about your accounts, or open new accounts after you give them the numbers. The reason they're asking you that is so that they can garnish your money. They have no intention of actually trying to set up hardship payments. They'll go right into your bank account and take your money. They don't even have to do any work because you've already given them your account information. All they have to do next is get a judgment against you and then they can take your money. They don't even have to go to court if they have your information because you provided it to them willingly and mistakenly thinking that they would be willing to negotiate with you. They just want your money, at any cost, and they don't care about your situation.

They have a job to do. If you work with them, they work with you. Simple as that. No complaints.

It was really hard to initially get ahold of someone but once I did everything went pretty smoothly.

Ok, first off I know I owe the small amount that's fine. I been through alot and it happens. I have worked in collections for many years, and would never dream of treating people the horrible way they have treated me. I paid off the amount before the court date and they have the rest of it on hold in my bank account and are refusing to take it out until after the court date is complete. To me that dont seem right, if they have access to rest of what I owe with full permission to take it out. out

Not helpful, or professional. I have already paid off my debt, but no one from this office has sent my satisfaction of payment papers to my employer. Every time I call to get this matter resolved, I am transferred to a voicemail. Very frustrating.
