They sold my debt for another agency after I paid them

Very bad service

Cant use my debit card to pay... Can only send check or money order... That is not convenient at all!

I can’t get ahold of anyone to make payment arrangements. I have called 3 different numbers and emailed several times.

A person representing their firm, going by the name of Dave, attempted to serve me papers by coming to my front door without wearing a mask. When my wife answered the door he made no attempt to explain why he was at our door. He was told he needed to wear a mask if he was going to speak to anyone. He did retrieve a mask to wear, however if he hadn't been made to wear a mask he had NO intention of wearing one. His nonchalant attitude on wearing a mask can only make someone presume that this is always how he conducts himself and has a hugh potential to be carrying Covid-19. He put my family and myself at risk. I have an underlying medical condition. His actions were completely inappropriate and unacceptable.

I was speaking to someone to make a payment, I asked her about the court case that was filed I also informed her I couldn’t make a payment due to them being closed in March April and May. She told me she will put her supervisor on the phone. She hung up on my face! Very “unprofessional” but y’all are debt collectors! I guess y’all don’t want my payment ! It’s 4:20 pm and no one is answering the phone!
