Currently being over garnished..after contacting them I was pretty much told not their fault and I had to contact my employer and figure it out. Who knows if Ill get refunded

Not the most professional. The company isn't the easiest to reach and doesn't really provide a platform for easy repayment, to see what you owe, or to communicate. If you receive a letter about court or a judgment, I would suggest getting a lawyer.

I tried to get them to set up payment plans with me and avoid taking my taxes but they refused to lift the hold on my taxes. So I refuse to set up the payment plan. If you are taking my taxes, then there's no reason for me to set up payment plans. Every other place I've requested that be done I had no issues... Even with minimal payment plans. They just refused for no reason, other than they can.

Either a fake law firm or just scam artists. Sent me a collection letter for Capital One Bank. I have a capital one card. In good standing and this is not the account number. Contacted capital one and they have no record of that account number. Said this was fraudulent and most likely a scam. All paperwork was sent to them for further action.
