The worst person to deal with latasha. My paycheck got garnished no paperwork said it is my employers job to send me the paperwork. And I have been making payments, left a message due to falling behind on bills and couldn't make a payment, and now this. She is a joke this company is a joke

Just found out that they garnished all the money from my checking account a week after it happened. I received no notice this was going to happen or what it's for.

I find it strange they make the payment process so hard. No debit card transactions. It makes no sense 2024 to not be able to Pay by card.

If I could get zero stars I would. Allow me to tell why. First off I was given zero notice that these so called debt collectors were trying to collect a debt from me UNTIL AFTER they garnished one of my checks. It happened to come in the mail. So I try to call to set up a payment plan. No one answers. So I leave a voice mail. I try again and the lady transfers me over to my case manager, Angel. She doesn't answer so I leave her a voicemail. Two days go by and I hear nothing. So I call again. Wash. Rinse. Repeat. They transfer me over to Angel, I leave a message and wait another two days. Still nothing. So I call once again only to be told that she's in a meeting but they will notify her that I called. This process went on for over a week. All I wanted to do was to set up a payment plan to avoid having my funds garnished. So now here I am 4 garnishments in, barely able to make rent. They are unprofessional. They don't answer calls. They will not call you back. Especially Angel. If you have the choice of not dealing with them, DON'T!

I have made every payment before the due date. I got on the portal today to pay and they have deactivated my account number so I can’t make a payment online or through the telephone payment option. I keep calling and they will not call me back. Last month they said I didn’t make a payment. When I told him I would send him the receipt and my bank statement of proof, he all the sudden saw in the system that I paid. At first I read the reviews and figured that people were just mad because they had to pay money back. I made my payments with confidence that I would have no issues. I was mistaken.

I was shocked to see low score for this law firm, but after reading the reviews it seems that all the low ratings came from people that didn't pay their bills, and were unhappy the firm collected debt for their clients. With that said, Gina Koki was super effective, prompt and courteous to me during my dealings with her. Highly recommend her and the firm.

Gina was the attorney that worked on my case. She did a wonderful job! She helped me through the whole process of my expungement. I would highly recommend her and firm!

This was the company in charge of my garnishment. After months of on time weekly payments I was finally done, except they just kept pulling money out for weeks after my garnishment was finished. They sent me a “refund” check for $75 🤣 they owe me over $700. After I informed them that they owe me money still, they stopped taking my calls. Don’t dodge me now, I ain’t doge you. PAY ME MY MONEY.
