If I could do 0 I would. Didn't even know I was being garnished until it happened. Was told in the paperwork I have until the end of the year to pay but they garnished my bank of 2700... that's all I had too. Then they sent me a garnishment letter a month later saying I was going to be garnished for 2700 the amount they had already taken. THEN about 2 months after that they started garnishing my checks for "25%"... it's more then that they've been taking out .Not only that they sent a letter to my job saying I owed 3700.... I had already paid 2700!!! So far I owe less then 400 more. Bet they'll take more though. Scammers!

Called 7/12 to payoff my debt and they processed it today 7/15/24 TWICE leaving my account in negatives. Called my bank & they see the same I was seeing on the app that they processed the payment TWICE my bank put a dispute on the second charge obviously that will take a few days. Called them to let them what they did & of course they say that they only see it one time being charged but when I called the lady had told me how I was going to settle the payment when I gave my case file number so obviously she was trying to have me pay again if I didn’t tell them that I made a payment already in full last Friday. She continued to put me on hold & says they will investigate the matter & would need proof from my bank that it was taken twice!!! The worst debt collector service ever!! This has caused me not only to be left without money & my account being in negatives but a major headache along with stress!!!

This has to be the worst debt collection firm out there! I can't get a straight answer from anyone I speak with, plus I have been straight up lied to about their non-periodic garnishment policy. Seriously, just horrible horrible staff.

So what a tale. If I were you and if you have the pleasure of doing buisness with these wonderful people here's what I would do. 1. get a prepaid card and only put your payment that you're going to make on it. Cause they will try and take more due to the verbiage of the agreements. 2. Even with an areange ment they will tell you they aren't going to pursue you as long you stick to the payments and not miss one. Lesson learned I didn't show up to court and was found default judgement against me for the full amount. 3. They can call you as many times as they want but as soon as you need something from them your number is going to be blocked. So when this happens just Hitt 3 and it will put you through. This has been a trip and trust me you will never get through on the phone they will never answer emails and only talk when it's convenient for them to get your money.

Settled my case over a month ago and they won’t process the payment. They blame the bank and the blank says they never requested a payment. No one will help they just give me another payment method To a p.o. Box which they have yet to confirm or contact me about. This place is a scam.

Just realize that since they will only accept payment from a checking account it will be compromised and open later to garnishment from these people. True story, heard it from a friend.

Absolute scum of the earth. I made 13 current payments to them and out of know where they took $883 out of my bank account and left me with $0 to live on for two weeks. Then they acted like that $883 was never received. Use extreme caution with this company. They will strip you of every dollar you have and then try and scam you for more.

I've been trying to get answers why my check is still be garnished even though the debt was paid off several weeks ago. Calls always go directly to voice mail. If you miss their call they never leave any detail message or how to reach them directly.
