I was charged with two misdemeanors that both carried jail time for climbing onto rooftops to take photos, and I truly didn’t think anything could be done about it. I contacted Shawn with very short notice and he met with me that same night and listened to everything I had to say and answered all of my questions. He was extremely genuine and caring about every detail, he treated me as if I was his only client, he was available to talk at any time of the day or night, and immediately began to put me at ease. Shawn didn’t settle for anything less than leaving me with a clean record, he got both of my charges completely dropped, and worked to make the whole process very easy for me along the way! He is extremely intelligent, creative, quick on his feet, and is a natural in the courtroom. I would highly recommend Shawn “The Law” to everyone going through something like this, thank you Shawn!

This company doesn't know anything. All they do is take you to court and send paperwork. And when you agree to something they refuse to send you a contract but they are quick to send you a letter. Worse part when you try contacting them always goes to a voicemail. They are so unprofessional. I will be sending a letter to the bar association and they will lose their practice of collections.

They collected a debt from me first time I talk to them I owe 696 and some change they put a hold on my bank and garnish my pay check (what little one I have) then I get a paper in the mail saying I still owe 102 I call to see why they say court fees I have paper work stating that I owe completely with court fees the 696 they will not get more that what my court papers state

They will hold the garnish even if you agree to settle. Slimy scumbags.

These people are grade A awful. They garnish your bank accounts even if you do make all your payments on time. They are the slimiest pieces a garbage I've ever come across. Completely unethical.

I hired Shawn Smith to help our family and he treated us as if we were family. Shawn listens and will do all he can to make sure justice is served. He is very professional,personable and is very direct about on dealing with questions and concerns. Shawn also took time out to speak with my family and answer questions or concerns (day or night & he did not have to do that. I would recommend him to anyone who feels they need an attorney who truly cares.

I'd agree with all of you this company doesn't return phone calls or anything. I received a summons from them and I wish I could've been a fly on the wall when I responded by sending them my notice of bankruptcy, I'm still grinning from ear to ear AND I almost sent them a Christmas card with my grin.

My daughter Christina was killed while on our way home from celebrating her 21st birthday. While stopped at a red light a speeding drunk driver hit us, wrapping my side around a huge metal pole. I didn't realize she was dead until I seen her in her casket 3 weeks later. Shawn showed compassion and set meetings every night. He stepped up in on a case I don't think he knew very much about. He was a great attorney and I'd highly recommend him. Thanks so much Shawn. Great job.

Horrible Company, not because they were doing there job and collecting a debt. Because their employee's are Rude, Far from Personable, and didn't want to file my Bankruptcy and release my funds. Horrible experience during a Hardship. We All Fall Down, But We Get Up!!!!!!!!!! Amen

They make it easy to pay via the phone, website, or at their office. They are very polite and help with resolving the account.

They are very duplicitous. I made a pmt arrangement with them that I kept and they filed to have my State of Michigan taxes levied. Their website and phone system is awful!

The only thing I have say is pay your bills if this place gets a chance thay will run you down for there money and not let up for a second no matter what!!!!!
