Horrible. Served a letter of collection and judgment to my OLD address so I know idea of a court date! I tried to talk to their assistant about a payment arrangement or any information and I got NO information about a case involving me? What kind of Practice are you running? Took my entire state refund or is trying to and I am a single MOM trying to make ends meet. Thanks so much for nothing!

Weber & Olcese does a great job. They answered every question I had, they are easy to access online, and are accessible by phone. Highly recommend their professionalism! A+

If i could leave this lawfirm 0 stars I would. This place never answers any calls I left numerous messages over the past months and never got a call back so they garnished my taxes and they have not lowered the amount that is really owed yet.

My husband set up a payment plan with this company for a debt he had from 2018 that they just went and garnished all the money out of his bank account from. Even though Steve B73 said no more money would be taken out of our account until June they went ahead and garnished all the money from my husbands bank account again. Now we are getting a run around about them returning money taken from his account. Also the website listed in Troy Michigan hasn’t been occupied be Weber and Olcese PLC for 4 years

Depending what you're going through this place can be straight forward to deal with or like most debt collectors can be dreadful. Had a hard time contacting them but they do reach back out fairly quick. Settled my debt for a low amount and overal satisfied.

Set up a payment arrangement and they ignored it. Garnished every dollar out of my bank account TWICE. When I called back they said it was my fault because I didn’t call them with my bank account information. Andrea and SteveB73 are the worst kinds of humans on the planet. Just nasty individuals.

A good legal law firm

Trying to make my last payment shouldn't be this hard. Sick of debt. We are living in late stage capitalism. Putting someone in collections when a global pandemic and economic uncertainty are felt every day. If the bank would have worked with me when I decided to make a career change a of this could have been avoided.

They are a bunch of crooks. They had a total of 3 garnishments and collected the full amount of money on the final payment. I am trying to recover my money and their attitude stinks.

Horrible, even when you pay the debt and work with them. They will still garnish your money, wages and taxes. They will destroy your credit score. Capital One please drop them from your list of collection agencies. These kinds of Lawyers are the reason lawyer jokes are not jokes, you can never have enough at the bottom of the ocean. The excuse they give is "because we can"! Well guess what, I left this review "because I can"!

Horrible company, they refuse to work with you on a payment plan. Then go to the courts saying you refused to work with them so they can get a garnishment. Take your taxes and then go back to court for your wages but don’t send you the paperwork about that till 5 months after the judge gave them the rights to take your wages and your job has been taking it out of your checks that whole time. They get paid off for the court order then tell you you owe them more fees. Then after those have been paid they still take all of your tax money even though you don’t owe them anything. When you call to get your money back that they owe you they give you the run around. If I could give zero stars I would, worst company ever.
