I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mr. Hall. In the beginning of my case, the courts seemed to jerk me around and switch lawyers on me without reason. My case was then given to to Ben where he made me feel so safe and understood. He reviewed every aspect of my case and fought like hell for a good outcome! Well respected in the legal community

We worked with Attorney Hannah Roberts. She treated us with kindness, compassion, and respect. This was a particularly painful family situation, but Hannah was able to present evidence in a way that allowed the judge to rule based on the facts. The ruling went in our favor, yet satisfied the goals of both parties. I would highly recommend Hannah and her colleagues at Kirsch Daskas.

The firm decided to take on my case on a contingency basis. It started out where the firm gave me the wrong agreement contract which I could not sign. It was later found that it was the wrong contract. So they gave me the correct agreement contract which I signed. Then in two weeks I received an invoice for 5,000.00 for attorney working fees which stated it was not due at that time. I contested it stating that this did not pertain to me as the firm took me on a contingency basis. So they were expecting not only the 33% contingency fee, but also attorney working fees, plus costs. I then began to realize from the looks of things, the only people who would have benefited from my lawsuit, and who would have received the bulk of the money was this firm, and not me! There was a lot of yelling by the staff there and me. Then two days after that I received a call from one of the attorneys who stated that they were unable to take on my case as the attorney responsible for my case left the firm. Breach of contract here. Well at first I was very upset, and with much reflection I realized it was a blessing in disguise. With all the errors this firm had made, and their undependability, and trying to extract more moneys from me, I realized what a nightmare it might have been if they actually took on this case and I was convinced I may either have never even won the case, due to their unreliable practices, or worst yet they might have dropped the case in the middle of the lawsuit, or worst yet in the middle of courts preceding as I realized anything was possible with this firm. . I have never dealt with a firm with such irresponsibility and errors made right from the start. BUT THEY DID SEND ME BACK MY PAPER WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. Do I recommend this firm. NO!!
