Sherri was very knowledgeable and experienced, prepared, and helped me keep my confidence in dealing with the steps needed to get through my very difficult divorce. Even through a pandemic she made no excuses and kept the process moving forward. What also impressed me was how highly respected she appears to be by all other legal professionals. Whenever we had to deal with mediators or financial experts, they all seemed to really respect her and that seemed to make the process go more smoothly. She was strong, focused, and compassionate all at the same time, especially during the custody /parenting time battle. I had an odd case where I had already been divorced, but then my ex-wife gave birth to a child only a few months later. By Michigan law that was considered my child and I was to be responsible for it. Despite it being odd, they took the reigns without question. The entire process wasn't just "completed". They streamlined it, stayed in constant communication with me, even on weekends and late hours, and in the end wrapped my case up so air-tight solid that the entire court hearing was less than six minutes. I cannot thank Sherri enough for the time and effort she fought for my kids and me during my complex divorce case.
