My mother hired Barry for my auto accident in 2010. Barry did fine with my case at first. After the case was over and he had his money, he wanted nothing to do with me. I've been having issues with the auto insurance for medical cost. I've emailed Barry's firm and was told "you will need to find another lawyer, since the amount of unpaid bills does not meet our $25,000 threshold limit". Disturbing if you ask me! They made over $40,000 off me. I am not a large enough bill for him any longer. This is a great example of a bad lawyer. If he took me case and my money, then he should represent me regarding the auto accident for the life of my case. Goes to show what type of person we are dealing with here. Keep looking, there are plenty of good lawyers out there!!
