Erin is the best kind of lawyer. She knows which issues are worth the 'fight' and what issues are not worth the time, energy, or money. She has a solid understanding of case law and is prepared to collaborate or litigate at any point given the nature of your case. Erin is informed and straightforward in how she carries out that message while being empathetic and professional along the way. Erin is not an attorney that is focused on lining her pockets. She is focused on strategy and the longterm outcomes her clients are seeking. She is worth every penny!

If you are looking for the "right way" this is the attorney for you. Erin Mash has old soul integrity with a fresh approach in the court system. Let me say, she can hold her own with those of much less honor. However, it is done in a respectful and dignified manor. I found she placed her time and focus on studying, reviewing, preparing, organizing then articulating my case above and beyond. She was a recommendation to me so I'm paying it forward. I hired Erin to work on my PPO case for me this past January. Within minutes of our first phone call, I was impressed. Even more excited to work with her after our first face to face consultation. I can be difficult to work with as I am very passionate, outspoken, and can tend to come off loud because I am emotionally invested in most of what I believe. Erin was extremely receptive to that. She was passionate about my situation (which I need!) and was more impressive during the attempted "show cause" violation hearing. Making the defense look ridiculous with their frivolous claims. Erin was very punctual with her call times, (I am a Marine so that was a bonus!) prepared in the court room. I am sure I will need a lawyer again in the future and Erin is the first on my call list. I would refer to her to anyone! As passionate as I am about things, I can be equally as stubborn, I assure there would not be this positive review if I wasn't grateful to have Erin in my corner!

Erin was fantastic in my child custody case. She gave me nothing but good advice and was supportive of my position without being judgmental. She exhausted every opportunity to settle out of court and was still seeking an amicable solution the day of trial. Erin prepared me very well for trial and was very helpful in letting me know how she thought opposing counsel would attack me on the witness stand. Watching Erin work was really enlightening. She was listening to opposing testimony, taking notes, then burying them on her cross examinations. When the dust settled, I got everything I wanted and then some. If you are looking for a lawyer who is interested in making a deal, but isn't afraid to go to trial and fight, then you need her. I know I did.

Erin is an associate at a firm that I hired to do some work on post judgement matters. Erin was always available when I had questions, and she always gave an intelligent answer. I am a third year law student (the worst type of client to have because we think we know everything), and I gave Erin a really hard time about one of the motions she drafted. Erin made all of the changes I requested, and her attitude about the whole thing amazed me. She never argued with me, she never tried to defend the motion, she simply made the changes, and she was so nice about everything. She wrote a brief for one of my hearings, and it was excellent!!!! She did thorough research, and she gave an excellent presentation of the facts that support my posistion. The senior partner is a great attorney with an aggressive style, and her softer approach creates the perfect balance in that firm. Erin's work is worth every dime, and she is just as competent as a lawyer who has been practicing for thirty years. If you want an attorney who will guide you through everything step by step, an attorney who will work hard to make sure that everything is done to your satisfaction, than you want ERIN MASH!!!!!
