I hired Joe to represent me in a real estate case regarding an improperly completed Seller's Disclosure Statement on a home that I recently purchased. I owned an uninhabitable home and had nowhere to turn. I reached out to Joe who provided a consultation and outlined my options. I decided to move forward with his services and in working with him quickly realized he 1) has a great sense of how to approach both sides of an issue based on his litigation experience, 2) is well versed in all aspects of real estate law along with being a licensed realtor, and 3) could provide trusted, rational advice that made me feel comfortable about my decision to pursue the sellers for compensation. Long story short we ended everything through a very amicable, quick, and efficient mediation process proposed by Joe who is also a mediator himself. Joe will bend over backwards to find ways for YOU the client to save money, which I greatly appreciated. I feel that his rate was more than fair given the amount of work that he did vs. the mounting costs I was facing on the house. As the title states I believe that the end settlement represented what I would have likely achieved in court, without the financial expense or the likely long drawn-out timeline of a standard court case. Joe's background and ability were the key factors in driving my success with this case, and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Joe came highly recommended to me to handle a dispute arising out of the right to Airbnb a rental property.
