I was involved in a company as a minority partner / non-managing member and was getting sued due to the company doing out of business, on an outstanding balance of a previous buyout of another partner. I was foolish for not having an attorney present at the time the buyout took place and what I signed that put ALL signers 100% liable for the note regardless of percentage of "ownership". Fortunately, Joe took every last detail and piece of information I gave him, and came up with a great strategy / battle plan. Ultimately I had to pay something but it was substantially less then the full balance. Besides paying nothing, this was the next best outcome Joe achieved for me. His communication is 11 of a 10. I never had to reach out to him for updates, they came to me. Not once did I worry about what was / wasn't going on.
