Mr. Kendal is a great attorney who has been able to help our businesses in a variety of ways, from online terms and copyright issues, to business law including litigation. He is fast, pleasant and professional.. but quick to offer solutions you may not have been aware of. I highly recommend him.

We received a summons from a predatory attorney’s office, notifying us we were being sued. We contacted the Kendal Law Group, somewhat randomly and are very glad we did. We had to leave a message requesting assistance, and were surprised by Mr. Kendal’s quick response. He listen to our situation, had me email the summons along with some other pertinent information, and then set an appointment for my wife and I to come in, on Friday. After our phone conversation, I was very confident in his ability. When we met, I brought additional information with me, but Mr. Kendall was already very much prepared. He had researched what he needed to, and was thoroughly prepared to defend us with not one, but several potential defenses. I walked out of our meeting knowing he had a firm understanding of the law, and was going to defend us to the utmost of his ability. I left, with his assurance he would draft a strong response to the summons. Monday afternoon, he contacted us to let us know that the suit had been dropped! Such a relief - and so quickly! I found myself on the wrong end of a DNR citation for commercial operation of my drone near a state park. Although I felt I was on pretty solid legal ground, I still chose Dean to represent me in court. These laws can be very complex for district courts that don't normally hear these kind of cases. Prosecutors and law enforcement are not on your side in these situations. When you go into that courtroom with Dean, those people are going to know you mean business. The citation was dropped after Dean and the prosecutor were able to talk about many of the laws in play and what was in conflict. If I needed representation in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call him!
