Excellent experience for a consultation so far. They were very understanding of my problem, a very difficult problem. Although it seems now they are unable to help me, they were very honest and told me they could take my money and do stuff that I could handle on my own, but they don't do that sort of business. They also gave me tasks to do, and if those don't bring results, they could help me at a later date. But they spent a great deal of time listening to the whole problem, and then made a fair judgment.
