2 years and 30% later, poor communication. If you want a good attorney look somewhere else. You will not get the settlement you expect or close to it. Absolutely inconsistent communication, and poor follow up!!!

We spoke with the Benson Law firm several times. Due to their caseload, they were not able to actually take our case, HOWEVER, we spoke multiple times to Annette as well as her office assistant. They exuded care and compassion every step of the way. We even delayed our hiring in the hopes that their office could take our case. Working with them would have been an absolute no-brainer.

I’ve been in a very long custody battle for my son. Seven years on and off to this point. The best choice I’ve made over the last seven years in regards to court was hiring Annette. I’ve used two other lawyers prior to her. She was the only one who I truly thought was in the fight with me. I can’t say enough about how much she means to my family and the progress we’ve made. Six months with Annette went further than the other six and a half years. If you’re serious about fighting for your family call Annette because she’s ready to take that on fight.
