Twenty five years ago, I turned to Nathan Resnick and his firm to facilitate the purchase of my building. I am a creative (photographer) and knew I could not properly execute this transaction on my own. Resnick Law provided the legal and practical knowledge, experience, efficiency and most importantly, TRUST that I needed. I could sleep soundly knowing that Nathan et al. were handling my transaction. 25 years later, 2016, I returned to Resnick Law to handle the sale of said building. As is I expected, I received the same level of service, and, surprisingly, with even more efficiency. (You do get better 'practicing' all those years.) Also, when you are involved in buy/sell transaction, you want someone on your side who has the breadth of experience to realize the negotiating tactics being presented and can aggressively defend your interests.
