2 years and 30% later, poor communication. If you want a good attorney look somewhere else. You will not get the settlement you expect or close to it. Absolutely inconsistent communication, and poor follow up!!!

We spoke with the Benson Law firm several times. Due to their caseload, they were not able to actually take our case, HOWEVER, we spoke multiple times to Annette as well as her office assistant. They exuded care and compassion every step of the way. We even delayed our hiring in the hopes that their office could take our case. Working with them would have been an absolute no-brainer.

I’ve been in a very long custody battle for my son. Seven years on and off to this point. The best choice I’ve made over the last seven years in regards to court was hiring Annette. Annette will be your best advocate! She balances compassion, insight, experience, and direction with skill an grace. Each divorce has it's own set of challenges, and delicate issues. For me I'm older, this was my second marriage, and I was navigating some issues that had the potential to blacken my name.
