Neil Rockind is the best defense attorney in Michigan. He helped me with a very serious traffic accident. There was video from a couple different cameras. One was right from a police dash cam, but after many months of investigating they came up with a charge against me. Neil, and his team of experts were able to use science, math, and other forensic techniques to uncover so much stuff the investigators missed. Noel was a big part of this. Neil has great experience with cell phones, camera videos, texting, and data from vehicle recorders. On my court day Neil completely owned the courtroom. He questioned these investigators, and had them stumbling over their words. The prosecutor was completely in disarray. In the end I was rightfully acquitted. If you’re job, life, and family is on the line don’t use a low rate attorney. I recommend Neil Rockind. Also Breanna is always pleasant to talk to. Neil has a great team. I’d like to add I also used him for a traffic citation. I worked with Smarr on this one , and she got me a great result. She also followed up with me to see if I had any more questions, or needed help with finalizing my end. Neil Rockind has represented me in the past & I was always impressed with his abilities. DUI’s are usually slam dunks for prosecutors with very little wiggle room. Yet somehow Neil was able to get a better outcome than I ever expected. He was able to get a charge dropped that would have clobbered me at sentencing. Neil cares about justice & gives his clients the best possible representation. I was expecting 120+ days in jail for 2 felony DUIs & I ended up with 1/4 of that & only because it was the mandatory minimum. Neil won’t let you down. Mr Rockind is an amazing attorney. He is absolutely brilliant. I was accused of a serious crime and I was innocent but appeared quite guilty.
