Chris and his staff are very professional. They are patient with questions and use terms that are easily understood. Chris even sat down with my teenage children to explain some paperwork and make them comfortable with the documents prepared by Chris' firm. Chris and his team were very easy to work with on our trust documents. I had expected the whole process to take a long time and be buried under a lot of paperwork - I was very surprised by how seamless it went, only a few emails to close all the gaps.
