Acquiring a new business can be tough. It doesn't matter how nice the other side is, they will always attempt to get the better end of a deal. Penzien and McBride greatly eased any burdens. I felt protected during the process and ended up with the most fair deal possible. They handled every step of the process and allowed me to sleep better each night. I would highly recommend!
