My husband and I went for initial consultation with Charles Panzien for some estate planning. I thought it went well but then he never got back to us. After waiting three weeks, I called and left him a message. After a week and no return call I left another message. Waiting another week and left one final message. I guess I will need to find someone else. Very unprofessional and rude to not at least call me back.

We went to see Charles to have a Will made. Was a very pleasant experience. Charles took his time explaining everything, did not rush us and answered all our questions. I feel very comfortable that all our needs were met. We will recommend Charles to our family & friends.

Charles made us feel very comfortable from the first visit. Took the time to get to know us, our goals, and situation. Helped us in decision making for the type of document best for our situation. Highly recommend!!

We appreciated all the personal assistance we received from Chuck. He went out of his way to set up appointment times that were convenient for us.
