everyone at Jay trucks was so nice! after over a year long case it’s finally settled, they kept me up too date every step of the way, thank you guys and a special thank you too josh!

I was injured at work and was told by the workers comp insurance that they denied my claim and left me with a nearly $3k bill from the hospital. At this time I was also struggling financially, as have many others that I know locally. My work didn’t lift a finger to help me and simply told me to pay it off, even if it happened at work. Unsure of my options, I contacted Jay Trucks about my case and they helped guide me step by step on how to resolve this. Few months later after I filed with Michigan’s worker’s compensation office down in Lansing, I received a response from my work and their workers comp insurance. Worried about my options, I contacted Trucks again and was able to secure an in person appointment. I was treated with great respect, empathy and compassion throughout the meeting. They told me that they’d take my case if the mediation hearing didn’t work out, even if they wouldn’t receive much compensation. They helped me tremendously. I’m happy to report that after seeing this dragged out for months that I no longer owe for the injury that occurred at work. Trucks never asked for a dime for the consultation they gave me, and thankfully didn’t need them to directly represent me on my case. These are outstanding individuals who truly care about people, not just their clients. Thank you to the whole team involved for their support, I know who to contact should another incident like this occur in my lifetime.

My experience was absolutely amazing working with Jayson Chizick! He helped guide me through the process, after I injured myself while working, however my company would not accept my claim.
