She was listed as an unemployment advocate. Tried to reach Beverly for an unemployment hearing. Left 8 messages never got a call back. Ended up going it alone to the hearing. Don’t waste your time

Ms. Lochard was key in my unemployment case. She is very knowledgeable, quick to respond and addressed all my concerns. My worries were eased knowing I had Ms. Lochard in my corner for my hearing.

Beverly put my mind at ease. She had an understanding of what would take place at the hearing before it happened. It was a voluntary quit situation where the previous employer was fighting the claim. She spent time preparing with me, and the hearing turned out the way she thought it would and it was in my favor. I would highly recommend choosing her for your attorney.

I told her my story and she responded “That is not cool” on my behalf. I thought an advocate job was to defend me? Not be a mother. She caused me to worry even more about my case. She also told me “you should get another advocate” Multiple times and THATS NOT COOL! I got another advocate and Thank God I did!

As a result of the hearing, the original denial of the UIA was reversed and I know that I would not have been as successful at the hearing had it not been for Beverly’s guidance and support.
