Beverly helped me win my case when my employer appealed my receipt of unemployment benefits. She knew the right questions to ask and helped me with my answers. She knew the laws that helped to prove my case. She informed me what was to take place at the hearing and although I was very afraid of going up against my former employer, she helped to calm my nerves. Thank you Beverly.

If you are unemployed and looking for an advocate to represent you at your hearing please cross this woman off your list. Seriously stay away from her you will regret choosing her. She is very unprofessional and not helpful at all, I lost my case because she wasn't prepared, in the middle of my hearing I wanted to stop stand up and say "please judge I want to fire my advocate, please let me represent myself!". I would have been better off going on my own to the hearing at least then I would've had a chance at winning. I am not a person to bad mouth someone else and I give credit where credit is due but I feel so strongly about my overall experience I had to warn others. There are some good reviews on here from other clients but those must be the clients that actually paid her out of pocket because the phrase "you get what you pay for" is so right when it comes to this advocate, I paid 0 dollars for 0 help. Even if I would have won I would still come on here and try to persuade others to choose another advocate if they really want someone helpful and professional.

She's provided legal advice for our organization during negotiations and hearings. She"s always prompt and efficient. We were successful and won our hearing.

I would never recommend her to anyone. She never returns calls, she is not helpful. I called and left her dozens of messages and she never called me back. I lost my case because she is dumb and unprofessional. All she cares about is getting paid. I would never give her any good feed back, she sucks.
