I recently went through a divorce after being married for 17 years. I was referred to Garton and Vogt P.C. by a friend of mine. Art and Kathy both were very professional throughout the whole process. They were up front and very knowledgeable about how the system works. They didn't sugar coat anything, meaning if it was worth fighting for, we fought for it. Neither one of these fine attorneys were there to get as much money out of me as they could, like others in their profession. They really put my mind at ease and answered any questions I had about how this would go. I ended up with the very best outcome possible in my situation.

I was not able to retain Kathy Vogt and yet she reached out to me and helped with advice and expertise. She listened to my hysteria. After all when hiring a lawyer a person is having legal issues which can be extremely emotional. Thank you for your patience.

I don't take reviews lightly, so I am putting this out with great confidence. After being referred to Kathy from a personal friend, I hired her to represent me for my divorce. She was upfront about my case, gave me realistic expectations, and was easily able to exercise her knowledge. Mr Garton has a dynamic presence in the courtroom . He challenges the opposition and puts them on the defensive . Before we went to court Mr. Garton explained strategy in great detail , preparing me for all possibilities .when the Probate Judge ruled in my favor , the look of defeat on the faces of my greedy siblings and their despicable lawyer was priceless.mr. Garton earned every dollar I paid him as he saved me 20,000.00 dollars . HE IS FAR BETTER THAN A FIVE STAR RATING . SIMPLY PUT HE IS THE VERY BEST . GRATEFULLY ,DANNY ALDERSON.

Kathy Vogt came highly recommended from different groups of people. She is down to earth & non-judgmental She warned me of financial pitfalls & how to avoid them. Her staff is topnotch & obviously share her attitude ( thank you Sandy & Jen). She understood my situation and got my divorce finalized in 7 mos, almost to the day, even tho with minor children, the wait is 6 mos!! Call her!! U will not be disappointed!

Would NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!

I contacted her for legal advice on my out of state child support case. She was loud and rude from the moment she picked up the phone and was belittling me the entire call. Told me that I could lose custody of my child because I don’t know how the system works, which is why I was looking for a lawyer in the first place. She then told me that it would be a 3500 retainer and it was plainly obvious that she was trying to scare me into hiring her. Don’t recommend hiring such a rude, manipulative and belligerent lawyer.
