Mr. Art Garton is an amazing attorney. He assisted me on a few issues I was having in my life starting with my divorce. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I then hired him for 2 more issues which ended with the best possible outcomes due to his expertise & knowledge. I'm grateful & thankful to have had Mr. Garton as my attorney in all my cases. He absolutely does any amazing job for his clients. He answered all my questions, texts & email promptly. Discussed my cases in detail. Prepared me for the worst & best possible outcomes. I felt confident walking into the court room with him. I highly recommend Art, Kathy and their firm. Denise hirschmann is the best lawyer ever shes very sweet and knowledgeable, she got my charges lowered, and very pleased with my service.

Arther is not a good attorney at all. He will try to take the easiest route to end the case rather it benefits your needs or not. Do not hire this attorney or you will be wasting your money and he will add on extra fees and try to send it to judicial aid to try and make people pay extra after the case is over. Don't waste your time with this guy. Take your money somewhere else.

Don't waste your money on this guy he'll take your money and he won't do what he says he's going to. He's more worried about money then taking care of your case. Zero star is really what he deserves.

Please ignore the 1-star review left by Broken System Broken Trust. That individual is presently involved in a legal matter for which Attorney Zahodnic is opposing counsel, and is attempting to smear the firm for that reason and no other. I support Attorney Zahodnic for representation in this matter, and so should you.

I have never been treated with disrespect by an attorney in my life until today with this attorney. She was rude, agitated, spoke over me and did not allow me to speak and did not believe anything I had to say. I DO NOT recommend. If she is this hardball with a client I can only imagine how she acts before a judge. This attorney acts with total malice and disregard toward prospective clients.

In an open and shut case! Denise prolonged to accrue more cost, till I ran out of money. Still haven't seen my kids in over 8 years!
