I contacted her for legal advice on my out of state child support case. She was loud and rude from the moment she picked up the phone and was belittling me the entire call. Told me that I could lose custody of my child because I don’t know how the system works, which is why I was looking for a lawyer in the first place. She then told me that it would be a 3500 retainer and it was plainly obvious that she was trying to scare me into hiring her. Don’t recommend hiring such a rude, manipulative and belligerent lawyer.

Kathy vogt is a huge liar. Be careful when hiring this lady you don't to be later be In trouble. My children. Are now in harms way. Why becausehe pays people off to get her way. My children are now watching their father sell pills, get drunk, show up with bruises, 4 kids in one room one bed, my children. Are put in a car after their father has been drinking. Be careful with this lady. Paperwork has been filed to investigate her. She's a lady that don't care about children's well being as long as she can lie and get a pay check that's all that matters becareful.

I called to talk about changing the custody of my child. Women was very rude and loud on phone and kept repeating her self saying "you don't know the law" she said you need to schedule an appointment at my office to set up to learn the law and it's going to be 300$ an hour before we even try and change your custody agreement. Is it or is it not her job to know the law? That's why I'm trying to hire someone. If I knew how to do this I wouldn't be calling you I'd be doing it myself. Definitely wouldn't recommend her unless you like to be yelled at and belittled over the phone.

Kathy Vogt is one of the biggest jokes out there. She submitted paperwork to the court that was false and will be taken under to see about filing a law suit against her. I would advise not to hire this attorney. Due to the issue that came from this there is 3 other people who is being investigated for hippa and recipient rights violations. A protest will be taken place out side of mount Clemens court on July 21, 2016. I will be standing up to this attorney when I am done this attorney will be known as the liar that she is.
