To many mistakes did all of my creditors on chexsystems except one. Didn't get none of my garnishment money back because they put the wrong creditor down as being garnished and then tell me it was to late. Check your bankruptcy petition before they file.

Fairmax took the guess work out of having to file bankruptcy. There were dozens of forms and addendums required for this process and fairmax helped me fill them all out in a few hours. The lawyers then met me at court to represent me in a very professional manner. All of my phone calls were returned same day and my questions were answered. I recommend you listen to the fairmax attorneys and provide them with all of your documents up front so that they can provide a full and complete file to the court system.

They really treated me like fam. They made sure all i's was dotted an all t's was crossed. They were quick an accurate, i would highly recommend them to anyone an everyone. I already have recommended some ppls to them. When they say put ur money where ur mouth is, that's a true statement. They r truly a firmof there word.
