Thank you Mike and FAIRMAX LAW family!! I have new lease on life with actual chance to retire. My Chapter 7 discharged Sept 9th. Whole process approx 3 months. I can breath again. Process started due to being burried in debt, working 6-7 days a week, claiming 10 on tax exemption, consolidation loans, borrowing from 401k, medical bills, IRS debt, etc I was barely making it check to check THEN Covid hit!!! Mar 23rd last day of work for approx 9 weeks, unemployed now!! I had issues with unemployment due to fraud I didn't know about in 2018, couldn't get through to anyone to fix it. 7 weeks no unemployment!!! Stimulus money I had issues with due to not using bank account info prior year. No stimulus 6 weeks! I'm stressing out big time. I call Mike at FAIRMAX LAW. I Asked him if anyway he can help me get my unemployment. I had $100 to my name. His staff got me a few numbers to help with that. He asked me my financial situation. I said it was really bad and didn't know what else to do!! But I'm proud hardworking man so wasn't thinking bankruptcy. After I told him my debt situation he said NOW is best time to act. Let us take care of this for you!!! It was like a weight was lifted from my shoulders. I said I have no money, he said don't worry about it now. Let's get this going. When you do get your stimulus/ unemployment we'll work with you. They did!!! SAM bless her called me within day or two. I sat at my PC with her on the phone for hours!! She helped me gather everything and more of documentation needed to get this underway FAST!! She was awesome!! Stephanie and rest of staff was phenomenal. They always called back same day answering all questions. Made this non pleasant decision a no brainer!!! If in a similar situation. PLEASE don't put it off. I promise it won't get any better if you don't ACT!!! CALL FAIRMAX LAW. it will be the BEST decision you ever make!! I'm proof!!!

Highly recommended if your in a pinch from the operator too the paralegals they treat you like family, I should add without a doubt if you never Experienced the process of bankruptcy before ask for (Zena)idk how she does it but she cracks down on any and every debt/creditor.
