I'VE JUST RECEIVED A LETTER STATING THAT MY CASE WAS DISMISSED AUGUST 26TH FOR AFFIDAVIT OF THE TRUSTEE FOR FAILURE OF THE DEBTOR TO MEET REQUIREMENTS OF THE ADJOURNMENT ORDER. I'M LITERALLY IN TEARS BECAUSE I'VE PAID EVERYTHING ON TIME I DID EVERYTHING I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO AS FAR AS SENDING IN ALL OF MY DOCUMENTS PAID FOR AND TOOK MY COURSES!!!! I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ON AUGUST 26TH STATING THAT MY MEETING IS IN TWO WEEKS AND ALL OF PAYMENTS WOULD NEED TO BE UPDATED WHICH THEY ARE, I HAVE ALL OF MY PROOF OF EVERYTHING SINGLE PAPERWORK AND PAYMENTS EVER SENT. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME STATING ANYTHING WAS NEEDED I ONLY RECEIVED AN EMAIL REGARDING MY CHAPTER 13 PLAN PAYMENTS!!!! ANY OTHER TIME SOMEONE WOULD HAVE OR SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME IF ANYTHING WAS NEEDED AND I WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY TO SEND IT. ALL OF THE PAPERWORK THAT I'M NOW RECEIVING IS DATED AUGUST 26TH WHICH IS WEIRD!!! I EVEN RECEIVED A LETTER FROM MY FORMER PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT STATING THAT THE COMPANY IS RELEASED FROM MAKING FURTHER WAGE DEDUCTIONS!!!! I DONT WORK THERE!!!! NOTHING WAS EVER DEDUCTED I PAID MANUALLY EACH MONTH!!!!! I SENT FAIRMAX THOSE DOCUMENTS AS WELL WITH MY NEW EMPLOYMENT OFFER LETTER MONTHS AGO!!!!!! THE DAY OF MY 341 MEETING I WAS IN TRAINING/ORIENTATION AT MY NEW JOB WHICH WAS JUNE 5TH I'VE SPOKEN TO MANY PEOPLE DURING THIS PROCESS, DAN ALVA. JEAN, FAITH MONDONEDO, AND LUISA. I WENT THROUGH SO MUCH JUST TO HAVE MY CASE DISMISSED!!!!!!! DID SOMEONE MAKE A MISTAKE???!!! DID THE TRUSTEE OVERLOOK SOMETHING. I HAVE CREDITORS CALLING ME!!!!! I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I WILL REPORT THIS AND I'LL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW DO NOT EVER USE FAIRMAX LAW. MY LIFE IS RUINED!!!!!!! I THOUGHT THEY REALLY DID GREAT WORK, I WAS SO SO SO VERY WRONG!!! ALL OF MY MONEY AND HARD WORK GONE!!!!!!

I would not send my dog here for help, they will take your money and not respond back to you. I had to wait about three months for a return call, I had to file a better business complaint against this law firm, they should be out of business.
