Terrible service. Never got back to me and did nothing to make things happen in my case. Later got paper sent to her by mistake after I fired her and she never told me. I would have done 0 stars of possible.

I would not recommend hiring Ms. Duncan-White for a divorce. I honestly regret hiring her. It was like pulling teeth for any communication and I felt like she did not listen to me. I had to contact her by text, phone call or email several times before I would get a response. I informed her details of my divorce case on more then one occasion. I feel like after you tell your lawyer important information twice, they need to look at their records or be prepared to return the phone call and not make a person rehash details and facts. At one point, I was considering another lawyer to hire (I would have if I had the extra funds). The new lawyer I contacted is the one who told me about my court date for my divorce. Dynah never informed me nor did I get any mailings informing me of the court date. When I brought this to her attention, her response was for ME to address it with her secretary as to why it was not sent. That is not a client’s job to address YOUR employee about their mistake. I do not know if I was treated this way because of a high volume of cases she has or my age, I have no clue. You shouldn’t be feeling like you are in the dark during your divorce case. I had expressed this to Dynah in which she did apologize, but it kept happening over and over. I was also advised to sign a quit claim deed for a home my ex was never even on the deed for and had no part in purchasing the home. Come to find out I never needed one. I should have hired the lawyer my friend recommended.
