I had been working with berry and berri since my automobile accident in 2018 after we had gone to court over ZOOM last year I talked to MATT he told me looks like most of my doctors and physical therapist have been paid and he would get back with me so I didn't hear from him after 6 or 7 months I called and was told he doesn't work there anymore,WOW! So I was told that they would call me to tell me what's going on NO CALL back so after four months I called again to inform them I will be having surgery in April 2021 called again in August 2021 was told lawyer is at lunch they would call me still no CALL back now I call once or twice a month but you know we will CALL you back now

I found his professionalism and patience reassuring as I explained my situation. He was knowledgeable and explained my options thoroughly and clearly. I found it easy to trust Mr. Baghdadi as he went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. He communicated with me throughout the process and followed through on whatever he committed. I would also add, as the first point of contact his receptionist is extremely pleasant, professional and accommodating. When I had my accident June 2019 I started off with a terrible attorney not from Berri and Berry. I was so disappointed with that attorney I almost walked away from my case. I was then referred to Berri and Berry an it was nothing but good from there. Matthew took good care of me, he called, returned calls, texts, emails. Did check in’s! I put it in Berri and Berry’s hands and they slam dunked it! I appreciate you guys! That’s for everything! Highly recommended!!!
