I hired her for a pre-trial in the middle of July 2024. She attended only one online hearing, and that hearing was postponed to the next date. Then, the plaintiff withdrew their case before the next date, so she literally did nothing for my case. I let her know the moment case was withdrawn. She took $1700 from me as retainer and told me her hourly rate is $250, she will give me an accounting on how many hours she worked for my case. As of today, she never gets back to me either phone call or email while I tried to reach her multiple times. I have never seen such an unprofessional lawyer. she literally steals my money.
