I filed a chapter 13 in 2019 with a different attorney and my case was dismissed in 2022. I didn’t know what to do about my debt piling up. I was referred to Zak by a friend and hired him as my attorney to file a chapter 7. My chapter 7 was not as simple because I own my home but Zak explained all my options and he never judged my situation. He was very professional always on time and always greeted me with a smile.

this was my first time dealing with bankruptcy issues in any aspect, needless to say i was worried. after my first visit with Zak, my anxiety was put to rest. he is very good at what he does. he made me feel calm with his confidence. that truely showed up on court day. we had about 9 cases go before ours, wow what a mess the others wernt prepared and it showed up in delays and inability to continue. however when our case was up, it took less than 3 mins to complete due to Zak's preperation. what a blessing. thank you thank you thank you. but i hope to not need your services again. lol. first class! highly recommend if you want it done right go with Zak Mahdi
