Always courteous and patient

I when to this office and was told I didn't qualify to file chapter 7at the time only 13. I didn't want to file 13 but left a $100 retainer to file the chapter 7 glad I didn't glad pay more in small payments like I planned. On my 2nd visit I was told I still had to wait but he would make a note in my file to put the $100 on hold until I qualify to file my chapter 7. Now these people are say no you loss your $100 and you should have read your paperwork. What happened to these are your attorneys and you are supposed to be able to trust them at their word? They kick you when you are already down. Please read EVERY THING if you use these people.i am a poor struggling woman who got above my head now trying to make ends meet and these people took advantage. Beware.
