A bit discouraged. Paid the $450 three weeks ago. Communication has been slow and disorganized. Over the past week, I have had to call on my own to verify if documents have been received, only to be told the same list of documents due, asked for the email I sent them to/from just for the next day to be asked for the same documents sitting in their inbox. I wish the staff took a bit of initiation, but seems like im lost among the numbers.
