Attorney Frank W. Jackson is a professional and caring attorney who is efficient and extremely knowledgeable in many areas of the law. Upon my consultation with him. My former employer tried to prevent me from ever working in my field because of a no compete clause. My former employer also sued me for breach of contract, asking for more than 100K in damages. Mr. Jackson forced the employer to drop the lawsuit and allowed me to work in my field by pointing out the no compete clause was illegal. He gives incredible attention to detail, and puts forth his all for his clients. I am a witness to that. I was really upset and frazzled by the sordid affair, and Mr. Jackson was unshakeable and calm. He fought for me and won! I am eternally grateful.

I've work with Frank on more than one occasion. Each time I found him to know and understand the law specific for each case. He guides you through the process in a way that makes you feel comfort with your journey through the legal system. Frank will break down the law so that you understand what the situation is, in laymen terms. One of the most important aspects of Frank's practice, is that he listens. He listens and allow you to be part of his strategic plan. From time to time there may be a disagreement or two. He can be very frank with you and stubborn on a point (usually for your own good, although you may not know it at the time). However, at the end of the day, Frank let you know that, he works for you! For most people entering a legal challenge, cost is the second most important item when engaging a lawyer. Frank certainly understand that and will work with you to ease that burden. At the end of the day, Frank is an affordable lawyer, who does excellent work, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Frank in the future.

I hired Frank Jackson to represent me against a disgruntled employee who reported me to the Michigan Unemployment Agency. Frank was instrumental in assuring documentation for employee performance was provided by the leadership regarding a gap in expectations and outcomes of the employee. This guidance for leadership allowed for a less problematic resolution to a multi-year issue that had been passed on from department to department. He held people accountable for their roles and reduced risk for the company. Franks professionalism and focus kept the process on track. The goal to transition a low performing employee out of the company occurred timely and was handled in a most respectful manner.
