Ellen came into my hearing about a simple social media post with no briefs no nothing filed. She was texting me during the hearing asking if there was anything else she should say! She should’ve never lost the hearing and her lack of concern and do diligence destroyed my entire life! She doesn’t want the cases to go to trial she wants you to plea bargain and settle and lose. I wasted $7500 on her and now I had to hire another attorney for $7500 to appeal the case that she lost! $15,000 over a Facebook post that said ‘ why doesn’t he focus on his fiancé instead of focusing on me‘. Yep that’s what I got guilty for because she wasn’t even prepared - don’t hire her unless you’re ready to do a plea bargain.
