I work there and it's a great place to be.

The law firm used to care about the clients, that’s when ven started his independent law firm, nice polite people answer the phone and respond to your questions, looks like ven he hire A lousy attorney doesn’t know how to speak to people and he thinks he’s better than me.

Great attorney

Very rude and sarcastic when trying to seek legal advice, Jeff I think his name is. Left a nasty voicemail because I didn't return his call right away. He needs to lighten up just a little bit. I had a friend that was recently involved in a car accident and I was going to refer her here.. I told her to seek legal representation elsewhere!

Had a great experience with Fred Rosen and my auto accident case . Another firm turned me down but Fred thought we had a case and we certainly did . Great settlement and outstanding client services . I would refer him to anyone !

I called this Office looking for help not looking for an enemy. I come to find that the paralegal NANCY I discussed my pending case with proceeded to hang up the call from me and call the person that I was seeking legal advice about and then proceeds to tell him exactly what I had just relayed to the paralegal. They were Obviously good friends because she informed me she called the person I was seeking legal advise about while he was on vacation. NANCY then proceeded to tell me all the lies that he had already told me previously, ASTONISHING. I have never been more distraught or afraid since this paralegal NANCY has made that phone call and relinquished all information to this person. The paralegal NANCY then proceeds to inform me what I should do and how I should proceed with this case. Which is to do NOTHING and talk to this horrible, lying deceiving person and work things out. HOW HORRIBLE WHEN YOU LOOK FOR HELP THAT YOU GET DECEIVING, HORRIBLE PEOPLE THAT ARE WOLVES IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING. LIKE THIS FIRM HAS JUST PROVEN. THANK YOU NANCY FOR ALL YOUR HELP🤔

I dropped my previous lawyers for a car accident i was involved in. Staff was very prompt in returning calls and answering any questions ive had. I was so glad i switched.

I called to get information about retaining an attorney. The person who answered the phone asked me to give her details about what happened. As I am giving her info, I almost broke down. The person was very rude and speaking very loud and over talking me and being condescending. Then she told me that I don't have a case. I told her that I didn't like the conversation and hung up on her. Then I called back and told her how rude she was being. Then she hung up on me. I decided to call to ask to speak to someone in charge, but before I could, the attorney called me and told me not to call back. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. DONT USE THIS ATTORNEY!!

Very good plaintiff lawyer

Have had a very positive experience with Ven Johnson Law. Staff is polite and returned my calls quickly. I got the answers I needed clearly and honestly. They seem to really care about clients, which was a pleasant surprise.
